On Friday the 22nd of June our 3456 class, under the instruction of Mr. Gray, created yummy Arancini Balls. First, they made a risotto and let it cool. Then they rolled the rice balls in crumbs and deep fried them. What fun!!! Here's the link to a yummy recipe Arancini Balls
