A Year at Our School

K12 built a scarecrow to protect our garden!
The Big Day Out mini excursions allow students to experience real-life literacy and numeracy in action. Here, we visited the John Hunter Hospital School and interviewed the Principal, teachers and visited the Starlight Room.
No words can describe the atmosphere and community of Awaba School. Growing up in Awaba, I continued the family tradition of attending from 2000-2006. No matter where you look or turn, there was/is help where you need it. Help to guide students to achieve their dreams and goals. I can tell you this is most definitely achievable with the support of the staff at Awaba school. I have experienced the community of this beautiful school not only as a student but as a valued member of staff as well.
